The other day I had one of the most terrifying nightmares in my 19 year of life, and I still shiver whenever I think of the images that my unconscious brilliantly created for me to suffer. In my nightmare, I was a nurse in an asylum and the patients were my family.  When I told this dream which kept me awake for the rest of the night to my mom and grandmother, they both commented in a religious aspect, saying that I should visit the graves of my great-grandmother and grandfather who passed away four and (almost) two years ago respectably. I found this both quite funny and also a bit cute that older generations tend to relate the dreams to superstition and often with religion, when I'm pretty sure it was just a mixture of me missing my dead family members and my obsession towards American Horror Story, and the two combined made a great situation for my unconscious to mock me.

This may be the most girly outfit that I present to you lately, and I don't mind looking like this from time to time. I purchased the necklace and top the other day and thought they would both go great with earthly colours. What do you think?

Lastly, I want to mention my guilty pleasure towards Tokio Hotel. My friends always make fun of me whenever I mention their names, maybe because I was obsessed with them in my pre-teens and was sure that I was going to marry the guitarist, Tom. I still love their music very much, and although I have mixed feelings towards their style and music in their latest album, I still wanted to tribute this post to them and thank them in being there beside me when my feelings were like a roller coaster (fangirl detected).

  3. Ah yes, I can imagine my mom reacting that way too. Yikes, but that does sound like quite the scary nightmare! The things our unconsciousness can concoct for us, huh?
Anyway, I freaking LOVE this crochet top in that lovely emerald hue. So beautiful!

    1. My mom's reaction was quite funny indeed, but you should've heard my grandmother Dear Linda, I'm telling you, SHE is the one that put even crazier ideas in my head. I'm so glad you liked the outfit, means so much to receive a decent comment from you!

  6. I definitely need to start with American Horror Story, heard that it's quite good! Ah well, my mum always relates dreams to something else - I believe this is something people from the South-East usually do (it's quite common in Bosnia, every dream has a meaning basically which I find very silly actually). You look awesome, as always!

    1. It's pretty addictive and great and all but beware, as your unconscious may play tricks on you as well :/ And I'm completely with you when you say that it comes with culture, collectivist groups tend to relate everything to religion or negative and horrifying aspects to keep people together, because you can't really question God, can you?...

    1. İstanbul'a yolunuz düşerse mutlaka görüşmek isterim :) Kabuslar herkesin başına gelir sanırım ama benim ilk defa bu kadar gerçekçi gelmişti, çok düşünmemek lazım bence, sonuçta sadece bilinçaltı... Çok teşekkür ederim bu arada, çok incesiniz :)
