  Hoi!! from the last sunny day of the year. It turns out the Dutch weather is highly unpredictable and an umbrella happens to be an extension of your body. So yeah, I moved to Amsterdam, a fresh page, a clean slate, whatever you want to name it. I've dreamed about living abroad for so long, ever since I've tasted it back in my Erasmus period. I'm here for at least a year for my Masters degree in Marketing at VU. I'll just leave it at that for now and leave you with a couple of photos we took yesterday at the Oud-West.

  Happy start of the week beautiful souls! I've decided to be a good blogger and make a post every Monday to hopefully inspire you along the week, and keep this platform more active. Last week, I started to take Poll Dancing classes and my legs still hurt, finished Montaigne and started reading Bulgakov, had a fight with my man and fell in love with him once again. I'm really looking forward to this week as my boyfriend will have his birthday on Wednesday. Hope you have a great week yourself x

  Being back with an outfit post, and this post being the first in 2k19 feels great; and I should thank my boyfriend who kindly insisted to take my pictures, stating that he knows my best features. This outfit was something I've put together for a friend's birthday a couple of months ago, and I have Istanbul's great weather to thank for being able to wear something like this and not freeze my ass of in January. I promise to come back with more content in the near future, as great things are happening and I can't wait to share it here x

It's been a little over a month, but I feel like a complete different person, with a completely different course of life and a brand new perspective. And I had to learn it the hard way this time, and still I couldn't be more grateful. A whole another post deserves the depths of this brand new persona that I've become and it shall come soon, but today, I wanted to show you rather an outfit that I wore to a fancy dinner date. It was our 11th month with my boyfriend, and need I say that it was the best 11 months of my entire life?

  I remember as a child, I would be fascinated by the beautiful dresses my mom would carry, so confident and elegant. My dad would always be wearing the most fashionable suits, and the two would look straight out of a magazine. So it was no coincidence that I, at the age of 7 started to play dress up with my mom's heels which were 5 sizes up, and this initially became my parents' entertainment. Having an obsession with fashion still, it is an essential part of this platform as well as my identity. Hope you like this summer outfit!

  As you may understand from my first two posts that I'm aiming to step outside of my comfort zone with this platform, not only share my fashion indulgences but also let you in on my many other passions and adventures.
